Qualifications, Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications, or related field

Proven experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the A/E industry

Outstanding written and oral communications skills

We are seeking a = highly motivated, confident individual to join our marketing team. You will be integral to project pursuits in the Western United States, working closely = with a wide-variety of staff, at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for evaluating requests for proposals (RFPs) and then developin= g, writing, producing, and maintaining text for proposals, presentations, statements of qualification, resumes, project descriptions, related marketi= ng/proposal materials, and website content. As a writer, you will be responsible for delivering quality writing that is compelling, on point with the win strate= gy, and compliant with the RFP. The position requires an ability to assimilate large volumes of information, familiarity with financial and engineering terminology, and complete work under pressure to meet deadlines. The positi= on works closely with the marketing and business development manager, technical editor, and project management team.

Duties include:

Planning, outlining and writing content for items such as proposals, statements = of qualifications, presentations, graphic elements, brochures, handouts, website content, and instructional materials<= /li>
